A plane accident spurred a wrongful death claim in Lucas County Common Pleas Court, which is west of Sandusky.

The crash killed Abdulgader Zbedah, a Grand Aire Express pilot, on Feb. 8, 2006, in rural northwestern Tennessee, according to the Toledo Blade. The suit was filed against Grand Aire Express, TriCoastal Air, Inc., and Fairchild Aircraft, Inc.
