Deep freeze in Sandusky, Northwest Ohio, leads to car crashes

Temperatures hovering around the single digits since Sunday have made for difficult driving in Sandusky and the rest of northwest Ohio, leading to multiple automobile accidents. Though ODOT was throwing salt on the roads, the cold temperatures made it less effective than normal, according to a story in the Toledo Blade.
